WUN OpenEd is a WUN-UNESCO/ICDE collaboration aiming to offer open online education to mitigate the global COVID-19 impact on education. The program kicked off on 29 September 2021 with 10 webinars for potential users (teachers, students, administrators).
The sixth webinar in this series will introduce the SMARTlab practice-based PhD and feature some of the work of the 60 successful graduates of the programme over the past 29 years: some of these alumni became university presidents, NASA engineers, esteemed Ivy League university chairs, industry lab directors, et al. Our mission is to transform education and academia from within, creating a more inclusive and sustainable society.
