The University of York and Maastricht University partnered to host a summer school in August for robotics doctoral researchers.
The summer school was led by experienced academics from both universities, where participants worked on a set of engaging case studies that brought together diverse disciplinary perspectives. They also considered how to navigate the complex challenges of developing and deploying robotic systems ethically and safely. Participants connected and built lasting connections with peers, learnt from internationally renowned academics and developed lasting professional relationships. Finally, participants had the opportunity to attend and present at the last day of the TAROS Conference.
