Register for the next webinar in WUN’s Early Career Researchers series, ‘Leading your first international collaboration: Managing people and projects’.
Team dynamics can significantly impact a project. It can be challenging to establish good working relationships, while steering a project towards the finish line and navigating the added cultural considerations of international collaboration.
In this panel session moderated by Dr Taryn Bell (University of Leeds), early career researchers Calvin King Lam Chung (The Chinese University of Hong Kong), Alecia Ndlovu (University of Cape Town), and Natalie Cutler (University of Technology Sydney) will share their experiences of leading their first international research projects.
Together, we will explore the steps and strategies that can be put in place to ensure productive team dynamics. We will also discuss the differences between management and leadership, as well as best practice for keeping a complicated project on track.
Date and location: Wednesday 23 October 2024 (click here to see your local session time) via Zoom.
